A video to celebrate Declan

Dear all,

as you know we are raising money for World Vision Uk, since last year edition was so appreciated by Declan. If you have not read about it please check this post:

Together with the donations to charity we would like to make a music video of Declan's fans singing one of his songs. That means YOU.

It will be simple. We choose a song (probably one of the old ones to avoid copyright infringement). Each one of you will record a video of themselves singing the song and then I will put them together and we send it to Declan!
Don't worry if you can't sing very well! We will put more voices together for choir, and we will need second voices etc.
Please follow the original song but turn the volume down so that we only hear you singing!

Please reply to this post suggesting a song you would like all fans to sing. We will choose among your suggestions, but please don't choose a song that is too difficult for all people to sing.

Okay, I will start and say I would like us to sing either Moody Blues or The Living Years, or maybe David's Song.

Anything you pick will be just wonderful.. go for it!!!

Yay... love it..!  It was one of Declan's favourites at the time!

It's true, David's Song would be tough, I just got excited thinking all the fans singing those words to Declan! But then it might just be a mess, let's choose among the others

I love The Living Years....but I will go along with any you decide.  By the way...I WILL donate today!  I haven't forgotten and I happen to think this particular donation is very important to us...to Declan...and to those he will help with our gift. 

Maybe Moody Blues got more voices, but I will listen to both songs again and see which one will suit best our needs (considering also length)

I will start pushing this a little Pietro.  It seems that Declan is biding his time on giving us an answer to the other and we can no longer wait.

I probably won't send a video....I don't know how and I don't think I have the means either.  Can you just add my photo instead?  So sorry!
